Recently, the key technologies and equipments for automobile remanufacturing of Sinotruk Fuqiang Power Co.,Ltd, a national science and technology support program in the twelfth-five year plan, got approval with approval number 2011BAF11B07.This was another important national scientific program Fuqiang Co.,Ltd got, after successfully fulfilling the eleventh five-year plan programs. This program took parts and components of key assemblies with high value-added, easy to wear failure, complex structure and many sub-components as research subjects, took the remanufacturing process route of typical components as the body, conducted the research and the overcome of common key technologies and equipments such as remanufacturing green cleaning, nondestructive testing, the remanufacturing assessment and the eva luation of quality control, provided a series of remanufacturing common processes of typical mechanical and electronic axle, axle hole and teeth products, formed a component remanufacturing process technology system with resources and energy saving, environmental pollution reduction, and product re-resources, and established corresponding producing lines. When the program completes, the product quality and technology level is no lower than the new products. In common technologies, methods and equipment research，it will form 20 to 30 independent intellectual property rights in the from academic thesis, national invention patents and standards. The program concerns 3 to 5 invention patents and 5 technology standards which will guide corporate production and will be submitted to the state government for archive. Compared with new engines, the remanufacturing engines with these technologies will save a costs of 30 million RMB for the company; compared with old engines re-melt, it will save 6,750,000 kilowatts, which equals saving 2,500 tons standard coal and reducing 30,000 tons of carbon dioxide. In general, it will resolve the key technology and equipment problems, promote the corporate development. |
